SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Because our products are fragrance decants that are custom-prepared per order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected. All shipments include tracking.

Estimated delivery times:
• USPS First-Class or Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days  
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PACKAGING & SAFETY
All fragrance decants are securely packaged to prevent leaks and damage during transit. Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids; therefore, shipments are handled in accordance with carrier regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier inspections related to shipping regulations.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daksheeth.raj@gmail.com with:
• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging  

Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
