RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We sell fragrance decants, which are custom-prepared, hand-measured personal care items. For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
WHY WE DON’T OFFER REFUNDS
Fragrance decants are:
• Personal care products that cannot be resold once opened or handled
• Custom-prepared specifically for each order
• Sensitive to contamination, evaporation, and tampering
Allowing returns or refunds would compromise product integrity and customer safety. This policy ensures every customer receives fresh, authentic, and untouched product.
DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daksheeth.raj@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue, including the packaging
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion, depending on availability. Issues reported outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Fragrance decants (opened or unopened)
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order that qualifies under our Damages & Order Issues policy, it will be resolved through a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
